Sue Ryan Memorial Service Quality Award

In honour of long-time CERC member Sue Ryan, who passed away tragically in 2009, CERC introduced the Sue Ryan Memorial Award in 2010. This award recognizes exceptional professional service and quality, as well as contributions in community service. The first recipient of the award was Sandra Cairns, Dada Destination Services Inc. Sandra received the award in recognition of her community service with the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation since 2006, and the Lindalee Tracey Foundation, and for her exemplary quality service to transferees and their families as evidenced by her near 100% satisfaction levels.
