Two Ways to Register

All-Inclusive Fees
Delegate registration fee includes all Conference activities (Welcome Reception, Keynote and General Addresses, Concurrent Sessions, Networking Night, and Closing Gala Dinner). Spouse/ Guest tickets include Welcome Reception, Monday Morning Breakfast and Keynote Address, Networking Night, and Closing Gala Dinner.

Group Discounts
Groups of three or more full registrants registering at the same time and from the same organization, are eligible for a 10% discount on each registration fee. Discount does not apply to additional fees. Not applicable if other discounts in place. Please note that the online form below will automatically calculate the discount once all delegates have been entered.

Substitutions & Cancellations
Delegate substitutions can be made any time prior to the Conference. CERC will adhere to the member/ non-member fee differential. All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to an administrative fee of $100. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2010.

Additional Gala Dinner Tickets
Individuals wishing to purchase additional tickets to the gala dinner may do so for $125 each. Please indicate your desired number of extra tickets on the registration form. Remember that a full conference pass includes the gala dinner, as do guest passes.

Add Up the Savings
Register early to take advantage of substantial Earlybird savings... savings that add up to $210 off the regular rate. Additionally, if you get two or more colleagues to register with you at the same time, you will all receive a 10% discount rate. If you are not a CERC member, now is the perfect opportunity to join because you’ll be able to attend at member rates ($310 savings), and save $150 on your first year’s membership fee!
