Travel Dates & Tips
The CERC Conference officially begins at 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 19, 2010 with our Welcome Reception and Trade Exposition. However, the registration desk will open at 3:00 pm that day. Please plan your travel time accordingly. Should you wish to take part in some pre-conference activities, or simply enjoy beautiful Montréal, your arrival time should reflect that. For planning your travel home, it is best to arrange transportation for Wednesday, September 22nd at the earliest.
Direct flights are always the most convenient, however, we recognize that some connections may be required. If this is the case, connections through Toronto and Ottawa tend to be a better fit (to reduce the possibility of connections through alternate terminals). However, should you find a connection through another city that will reduce your travel time, that would be a great alternative.
Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you in beautiful Montréal in September.
