This complex set of reforms, the most significant changes to the program in decades, come with new streams of entry and program administration; new compliance obligations for employers; increased fines and penalties and; onerous requirements to develop Employer Transition Plans.  
The Temporary Foreign Worker Program has been re-organized into two distinct programs. The Labour Market Impact (LMIA)program and International Mobility Program. Managing these new programs will require a complete overhaul of your existing strategies for hiring foreign workers and managing intra-company transfers
