Gail Reinhart - VP Client Relations, TheMIGroup
With more than 25 years of experience in the mobility industry, Gail began her career in a corporate Human Resources role and has been with TheMIGroup since 2003. Gail is responsible for client relationship management and developing new business throughout Western Canada.
She was a member of the Board of Directors for CERC for many years. Gail is an active member of CERC, the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Worldwide ERC.
Jeff Houck – Manager Workforce Mobility, Suncor Energy
After joining Suncor in 2012, Jeff and his team embarked on the retooling of program elements and delivery, including a balanced approach in the relationship with service partners in an effort to elevate engagement and satisfaction for all stakeholders. Through this journey, Suncor has realized a measurable increase to these elements while continuing to apply operational best practices in the function and design approach to Mobility Programs.
Jeff is a past member of the CERC Board of Directors, past Chair of the Western Committee, three-time National Conference Planning Committee Member, and the recipient of a number of industry awards.
Hollyanne Healey - Manager, Relocation Services, PCL Constructors Inc.
Hollyanne has over 25 years of experience in the relocation world, from growing up in her family’s moving company on the East Coast, to joining one of Canada’s leading van lines in Toronto after College. She has worked in many positions from Operations to “Director of Sales” throughout Canada. Along with becoming a mother of two, she and her husband purchased an appraisal company 7 years ago, where Hollyanne worked as “Director of Client Relations”, growing revenues and teaching others the importance of the supplier/client partnership.
She joined PCL in January, 2013 as Manager of Relocation Services, within the Talent Acquisition Strategies team.
