Over the past year, between bills C-46, C-45, C-23 and C-21, (which impact a range of Canadian legislation, from drug impaired driving, to the Canada Customs Act) and the expansion of Canada’s biometrics program, among other changes, many new obstacles and pitfalls exist for those organizations that have employees that cross the Canada U.S. border for business.
