In today’s fast-paced business environment, organizations have become obsessed with improving the customer experience and understanding how that translates into an enduring relationship with clients and employees.

Similarly, in mobility, there is a greater focus on improving the customer experience whether it is:

  • Listening to the employee’s needs and creating moments or experiences that people want to remember and share that directly impact building relationships with your customers; or
  • Effective communication of relocation/assignment (personalized and consistent messages across all touchpoints), setting expectations and the tone for the type of experience we want the employee to have.

CERC Central Regional Committee is very pleased to announce our next breakfast session will focus on this topic.
