Seneca and CERC Release Findings of Global Mobility Risk Management Study

Seneca’s School of Leadership and Human Resources (SLHR) and the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) released results of a ground‐breaking research project about global mobility compliance risk management practices today. The study was undertaken to identify how employers with global workforces are managing in an era of increased compliance. Eight key areas of compliance, ranging from data privacy to immigration and tax, were examined by the research team.
