Below is a link to a recently published article CERC President and CEO Stephen Cryne wrote for the HRReporter on why Global workers are increasingly resistant to relocations. Demographic shifts of unprecedented proportions are underway in many of the world’s developed nations. At the same time, rapid advances in technology are creating new demands for talent and disrupting many workplaces. Combined, these complex forces are making it increasingly difficult for companies to manage and set strategy.  In this context this article examines the CERC 2017 Workforce Mobility Study to answer this question.
