CERC Mentorship Program

Global Mobility and the broader community that supports and advises within the relocation industry is a ‘hidden gem’ career choice that many who join rarely leave entirely. The work in this sector allows us to impact lives, enabling and supporting others and their families to live and work across the world. This is no small feat; it requires a high level of empathy, customer service, and technical knowledge within many different areas including immigration, tax, payroll, benefits, travel, legal compliance, movement of goods, housing, education support, and much, much more. This is energizing and rewarding work, with lots of room for learning and innovation within the industry and our CERC Community.

CERC has created a Mentorship Program called CERC Connexion with the goal of connecting motivated professionals and industry leaders who share the common goal of learning and elevating their careers in Mobility. This is a great opportunity for mentors to offer insight, advice, opportunity, and help with navigation in the next stage/s of a mentee's career, while giving a mentee the chance to connect with an experienced professional who can help them further learn, elevate and navigate their personal and career journey.

CERC Connexion matches mentors and mentees based on your preferences, goals and personal profile.

In Sept 2023 at the Annual CERC Conference, CERC Connexion was launched officially, with a limited number of mentors and mentees spots available to participate

For those able to commit to actively participating as a mentor or mentee in 2024/2025 while also being part of shaping the program for future years, we encourage you sign up:
