At CERC it is important that we create and continue to cultivate a space that actively embraces diversity, celebrates different perspectives, and encourages our members to show up as their true selves and thrive professionally through Inclusion in CERC’s Research, Advocacy, Education and Knowledge activities.
As an organization we want all members to feel included and have their voices heard. It is important that we listen. As a first step in that journey CERC conducted a survey of its members to gather information and perspectives about their experiences within their respective organizations and as well as CERC. The resulting information will help guide the work of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee as mandated by the board.
