Registration Information
Please note: Member discount rates apply to the member representative only. Non-members that utilize co-worker's sign-in details to obtain the discount, will be invoiced the difference.

Les taux d'escompte s'appliquent au membre inscrit auprès du CERC uniquement. Est considéré comme membre chaque personne inscrite à titre individuelle.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions welcome (member non-member fee differential will be adhered to). Two business day's written notice to obtain a refund. Registered non-attendees will be invoiced in full.

En cas d'annulation, pour obtenir un remboursement, il est nécessaire d'adviser le CERC deux jours ouvrables avant l'événement. Au-delà de ce délai, le montant intégral sera facturé.
