SME Application

Please complete the online SME Application form here. 

Applicants must indicate which subject area(s) of expertise for which they are requesting consideration. Applicants cannot apply to be a SME of more than two (2) subject matter areas.  Please complete the online Categories of Expertise form here.

The complete SME Application form is also available in PDF format.  Applicants who prefer the PDF format must submit the completed form to: sme-application@cerc.ca
