You are invited to join the CERC Central Region for our first 2023 in-person educational and networking event. This lunch and learn event is being offered as a hybrid event: Livestream details are here. Organizations want to better understand the future of their workforce and position themselves better to attract and retain talent. However, they are reliant on the effects of external factors such as immigration, economics and real estate to be able to better strategize. This session will benefit organizations looking to develop their long-term and short-term talent and workforce strategies whilst keeping in mind the interdependence of immigration, economics and real estate trends for the year. Our panel discussion will cover important questions such as: - What can we expect in Canada as a result of new policies or changes to policy put into effect in 2022 and early 2023?
