Buy American, Hire American (BAHA) Executive Order & Resulting Immigration and Visa Issues

The CERC Calgary Regional Committee is pleased to invite you to an informative session on the United States of America’s Buy American, Hire American (BAHA) Executive Order and its increasing impact on cross border movement and ability to obtain visas.

Session Information

Join us as EY Law’s US Immigration Attorneys will discuss the impact of the Buy American, Hire American (BAHA) Executive Order on cross border movement and immigration policy. Through front line insights and case studies, they will provide examples of how employers and applicants have had to adjust to process changes, more stringent file reviews and increased documentary burdens to hire and retain foreign talent. They will also highlight recent port of entry trends for visitors and workers as well as adjudication statistics.

This session promises to be very informative.  Please invite a friend or colleague that may find this topic engaging to join us as well!
