RE: PROHIBITION ON THE PURCHASE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY BY NON-CANADIANS ACT 

The recent amendments to the Regulations for The Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act, were greatly appreciated by the employer community as businesses continue their efforts to attract international talent to fill ongoing gaps in the Canadian labour market. The changes were progressive and will remove a barrier when recruiting international talent.
