On October 3, 2024, Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Canada (IRCC) announced changes to its Program Delivery Updates, which provides guidance on how IRCC staff are to adjudicate immigration applications, including applications in the International Mobility Program’s Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) category.
