Ellie Sullivan is Senior Vice President of Consulting and Advisory Services for Weichert Workforce Mobility.  She is responsible for research and knowledge sharing initiatives and helping clients implement best mobility practices. She works with a diverse group of global clients affording her a great vantage point to forecast global trends.  She is a skilled and engaging facilitator certified in Design Thinking and as a Human Capital Specialist (HCS) she brings a unique passion to the process of aligning workforce mobility with talent management.
