Conference Objectives 

• Worldwide ERC, EuRA and CERC have joined together to offer a forum to bring mobility professionals together with business leaders and government representatives from North America and Europe to strengthen cooperation on reducing the barriers to international mobility.
• The event will feature interviews with a CEO, senior HR professionals, government officials and other business leaders who will discuss the vital role labour mobility plays in the post pandemic economic recovery.
• The goal is to identify how businesses will develop global talent in a post-pandemic world and the government policies needed to facilitate the efficient movement of highly skilled employees between countries and regions.
• The outcome of the conference will be a declaration to support the development of a global mobility framework that would provide for the efficient movement of skilled workers between countries and regions.

The conference will provide Sponsors with the opportunity to showcase their commitment to furthering mobility policies and practices that address our new realities.  Sponsors will receive the following:

• Inclusion in all marketing material for the WECAN conference
•  Opportunity to showcase their thought leadership by posting a white paper or short video related to one of two conference themes:
  • WECAN Move the World
  • Addressing the Here and Now While Planning for the Future

The thought-leadership pieces will be hosted on the WECAN conference website and promoted through social media, throughout and post conference.

• Opportunity to host one of 12 networking sessions – 3 per panel.  Sponsor will review the pre-recorded session then develop an interactive post-panel session open to all delegates.  Sponsor may choose the title and questions for the session and delegates will be free to choose which session(s) they attend.
