Ellie Sullivan is Senior Vice President of Advisory Services with Weichert Workforce Mobility. She has over 25 years of global management consulting experience and is responsible for overseeing a diverse group of Practice Leaders.  Ellie and her team work with senior leadership to align their talent management and mobility strategies to drive greater employee engagement, retention and business results.  As a solutions architect, she designed and has conducted dozens of workshops and Optimization Labs® - a proprietary methodology Weichert uses  to help clients optimize their mobile workforce.   She is a skilled facilitator that uses creative engagement strategies to help teams achieve their mission through collaboration, productive debate and constructive problem solving.  Through large or small group activities she keeps stakeholders engaged.  These highly interactive sessions increase focus, buy-in and learning transfer.  Her practical real world experience results in enthusiastic support and meaningful progress.

She has worked in several Fortune 500 companies and prior to joining Weichert she served in HR at General Electric.  Ellie is a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP), Global Mobility Specialist – Talent and is a designated Human Capital Specialist (HCS).   She also sponsors the Women in Leadership initiative at Weichert Workforce Mobility.

Martin Foxwell, CRP

Martin leads Bristol’s “Thought Leadership” efforts, offering insightful support to Bristol clients worldwide including policy review and development.  He also oversees Bristol’s publications and newsletters, authoring topical articles and white papers, leading mobility conferences, and more.

Martin has nearly 30 years of Global Mobility experience, holding senior roles in corporate mobility, management consulting and service delivery.  Now in his sixth year with Bristol, Martin previously held the position Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for leading Bristol’s service delivery teams and ensuring service excellence across the globe.  Prior to joining Bristol, he was Director of Global Mobility for a major global mining corporation, VP of Client Relations for a leading relocation management company, and nearly twenty years as senior consultant and general manager at ORC Worldwide (now Mercer), one of the world’s leading international mobility consultancies.    

In his career encompassing such diverse roles as senior consultant, client relations and service delivery leader, head of sales, marketing and communications, general manager and director of corporate relocation programs – as well as having relocated professionally six times himself – Martin brings a comprehensive understanding of mobility from all angles.
