2021 WECAN Virtual Conference – Mobility Across the Pond
Global mobility and the migration of highly skilled talent are vitally important to economic growth and sustainability. The post-pandemic workplace and the role of work are radically different than just a year ago. The systems and regulatory frameworks that govern the movement of employees across borders are outdated and will be a drag on recovery. This was addressed at the WECAN conference - April 21-22 - presented in partnership by the Canadian Employee Relocation Council, Worldwide ERC, and EuRA.
This remarkable two-day event brought together business leaders, government representatives and other stakeholders from countries across the globe, to work to strengthen international cooperation on reducing the barriers to global mobility.
