Remote working arrangements have been implemented in many organizations in response to COVID-19 related travel restrictions imposed by governments, and to ensure the health and safety of employees. This survey gathered information about how organizations are managing these new arrangements through a Remote Working Policy (RWP) or other frameworks and identified trends and best practices currently in place.

For the purposes of this survey, remote work is defined to include the following arrangements:

• working from home
• working from another domestic location
• working from an international location
  

The survey was conducted between February 15 and March 15, 2021. A total of 28 organizations participated in this survey.
