How do companies enhance the chances for success on international assignments? What is the impact on the organization of failed assignments? What are the primary Expat challenges, and how can companies mitigate these, while supporting their Expats and families? And what crucial role does an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) have to play in offering a suite of services – prior to, during, and after the assignment – to increase the probability of successful outcomes?
