The survey was completed by 30 organizations that have assignees deployed across NA, APAC, LATAM and EMEA, of those:

• The majority of organizations (70%) have duty of care and risk management practices in place to protect employees on assignment
• 75% of respondents feel that HR/Mobility is engaged early enough in the assignment process
• Two thirds of organizations will adjust their practices around duty of care based on the region
• Director level and up have overall responsibility for the risk management strategy in 74% of organizations
