Remote working arrangements have been implemented in many organizations in response to COVID-19 related travel restrictions imposed by governments, and to ensure the health and safety of employees.
This survey gathered information about how organizations are managing these new arrangements through a Remote Working Policy (RWP) or other frameworks and identified trends and best practices currently in place.
- Prior to Covid telework was being experimented with and used to accommodate employees on occasion where in office work was not a possibility due to personal circumstances. Since Covid the vast majority of employees are now teleworking.
- 35 per cent of organizations allow employees to work remotely internationally
- 46 per cent expect work from home in host country to be a permanent arrangement
