About this Webinar
Why are Global Mobility professionals well-placed to take on a strategic (rather than a tactical) role in supporting an organization’s ability to thrive in a rapidly accelerating and largely unpredictable world?
This webinar will explore the relevance of Intercultural Viability for the Global Mobility community. In the face of change, all organisms (and organizations) must adapt or die. Those that succeed in this ‘natural selection process’ are the viable ones with the capacity to constantly adapt to changing conditions.
You will find out one key aspect of viability and why most organizations are often unaware of how to increase their probability of adapting over time. You will also understand how organizations can measure their potential for dealing with unknown changes through their present ability to leverage cultural diversity.
This is a chance to have new insight into strategic questions most organizations are asking themselves: What are the keys to fully unlock the diverse potential (talent) we have around us? How can we better support a culture of innovation and foster greater commitment to global execution? And in the process position yourself, as a Global Mobility professional, as the right person to take the lead in finding the answers needed.
