Global Talent Mobility Survey 2024: Addressing the Skilled Worker Shortage

November 22, 2023   (0 Comments)

In a world where access to skilled talent is a major concern for CEOs and businesses, the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) and Ipsos Global Public Affairs are addressing this critical issue. They announce a global survey in early 2024 aimed at understanding employee attitudes towards relocating for employment, a key factor in the global war for talent.

This survey follows their successful collaborations in 2012 and 2017, which revealed that only one in four people are willing to move to a new country for work. The upcoming study will expand on these findings, providing vital insights for decision makers in a post-pandemic world where talent management and mobility are more complex than ever.

As organizations strive to build global workforces, this survey will offer unique and valuable insights into the expectations of employees, a crucial aspect in addressing the global skilled worker shortage. Email us at info@cerc.ca if you would like to get involved.
