Member discount rates apply to the member representative only. Non-members that utilize co-worker's sign-in details to obtain the discount, will be invoiced the difference.

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions welcome. CERC must be notified of any substitutions two business days prior to event to ensure appropriate re-certification credits can be granted.Two business day's written notice is also required to obtain a refund.
